For Environmental Consulting – Environmental Monitoring and Reporting Program at Dungannon Waste Disposal Site – 164 Pinnacle Road, Bancroft, ON
The Town of Bancroft is seeking detailed and comprehensive proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Environmental Engineering services to manage and complete the annual environmental monitoring programs for groundwater and surface water sampling at the Dungannon Waste Disposal Site located at 164 Pinnacle Road, Bancroft, ON and to deliver the scope of services defined in the Request for Proposal.
The successful firm will act as the Town of Bancroft’s specialized environmental engineering consultant and environmental engineer of record for the purpose of satisfying the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks reporting requirements contained in the Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) documents which govern operation of the Dungannon Waste Disposal Site.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, January 14th, 2026, at 10:00 am at the Dungannon Waste Disposal Site located at 164 Pinnacle Road, Bancroft, ON. Proposals will not be accepted from proponents who do not participate in the site visit.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 pm, local time on January 23, 2026, by the undersigned:

The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
