For Real Estate Appraisal Services
The Town of Bancroft is seeking proposals from qualified Real Estate Appraisal firms to provide professional appraisal services, on an as needed basis, to provide independent valuation services to support municipal functions such as property acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and financial reporting.
Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with RFP # 07-2026 and received at the address below no later then 12:00 noon, local time on July 24, 2026.
