For Engineering, Design and Construction Administration
Services for Energy Project Implementation at
the North Hastings Community Centre
The Town of Bancroft is seeking detailed and comprehensive proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Engineering and Contract Administration to implement an energy performance upgrade at the North Hastings Community Centre located at 103 Newkirk Blvd, Bancroft, ON.
The successful Proponent will act as the Owner’s Specialized engineering consultant and engineer of record.
Proposed project includes engineering consulting for replacement of the refrigeration system with a magnetic-bearing compressor approach with onboard A1 Refrigerant, installation of air-source heat pump(s), dehumidification and automation upgrades and associated peripherals
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 pm, local time on December 16, 2025, by the undersigned:
