North Hastings Community Centre – Electrical Design Build
This tender encompasses the Electrical Design Build scope of work for an Electrical Contractor to provide the work for the Refrigeration Plant Retrofit, Heat Pump and Dehumidifier installation at the North Hastings Community Centre in Bancroft, Ontario.
The project will consist of reviewing, designing and building the required electrical connections required for the new equipment being installed by other scopes of work.
A mandatory site walkthrough is being scheduled for February 12, 2026, to be coordinated by appointment. Bidders must register for the site walkthrough by contacting [email protected]. Note that all questions are to be submitted in writing to [email protected], no questions will be answered on-site.

Contractors are advised that the Town of Bancroft reserves the right to accept any proposal or reject all. Proposals shall be irrevocable and remain open for acceptance by the Town for a period of ninety (90) days from the proposal closing date. The lowest (bid) or any proposal shall not necessarily be accepted.
