North Hastings Community Centre – Rink Dehumidifiers
This tender encompasses the Rink Dehumidifier scope of work for a Mechanical/HVAC Contractor to provide the work for the rink dehumidifier replacement at the North Hastings Community Centre in Bancroft, Ontario.
The project will consist of the installation of two stand-alone desiccant dehumidifiers in the rink zone, removing and disposing of the existing units and providing all required components for a fully functional rink dehumidification system.
A mandatory site walkthrough is being scheduled for February 12, 2026, to be coordinated by appointment. Bidders must register for the site walkthrough by contacting [email protected]. Note that all questions are to be submitted in writing to [email protected], no questions will be answered on-site.

Contractors are advised that the Town of Bancroft reserves the right to accept any proposal or reject all. Proposals shall be irrevocable and remain open for acceptance by the Town for a period of ninety (90) days from the proposal closing date. The lowest (bid) or any proposal shall not necessarily be accepted.
